Promote Your Business, Sponsor a BBA Program in 2012

As winter approaches, thoughts are beginning to shift towards 2012 and the possibilities a new year holds. With that in mind, the BBA would like to announce that it is accepting sponsorships for 5 major events in 2012, each of which draws between 125-425 attendees.

Sponsoring events is a great way to promote an organization. Promotion of sponsoring organizations begins even before the event takes place.

"Our sponsors are key to making all BBA events happen. We make sure to recognize sponsors in every step of our event promotion, from our first press release right through to thanking them from the podium on event night," says BBA Executive Director Kelly Devine. Sponsor’s logos with a live web link are included in 500+ email event invitations and in the BBA’s e-newsletter. During the event, each sponsor's banners are displayed and their support is mentioned during announcements. Presenting sponsors are invited to address our guests.

There are a variety of events available for sponsorships including networking events, summits, dinners and the VT Business Expo. The BBA Business Summit is an annual, in-depth program that draws around 200 attendees every January. The Annual Dinner, held in April, is the association’s premier event and routinely draws over 425 attendees to the dinner and awards ceremony. This May the BBA will have a booth at the Vermont Business and Industry Expo which attracts 3,000 attendees and 200 exhibitors. The Summer and Holiday Socials, in September and December, are excellent networking events that are each attended by 125-175 guests.

Thanks to the participation and support of our Members and Sponsors, BBA continues to be an active and strong business advocacy organization focused on Burlington and the needs of Burlington businesses. We look forward to a new year full of initiatives and events that serve the BBA Mission and our members.
