Main Street Landing is a property development company that owns most of the develop-able land on Burlington’s Lake Champlain waterfront. They have been involved in environmental and socially conscious redevelopment since the early 1980s. They created the innovative “team approach to design, development, permitting, and construction” philosophy, and produced in concept a 25-year incremental redevelopment project for the Burlington Waterfront.
